This stop of the HPO is expected to have a total of 32 events out of which 11 of them will be featured events including the HPO Lawrenceburg Main Event.
Back in 2014, it was Jesse McEuen who went through a lineup of 207 players to end up winning the HPO Lawrenceburg main event and won $49,676. McEuen was also one of the stars of the event as he made headlines in the poker community after winning the $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Ante Only event and taking home a WSOP bracelet along with $212,093.
The 4th season of the HPO will look to promote the leaderboard and its special featured events which are designed to give points to players and the player who finishes with the most number of points will have the opportunity to play against legendary poker player and the 2003 World Series of Poker champ Chris Moneymaker, who is also a HPO ambassador.
The leaderboard promotion award winner and the main event winner will also automatically be given a seat to the HPO $500,000 Guaranteed Championship Event which is scheduled to take place at the M Resort in Las Vegas during June 2016. The PokerNews team will be present at the HPO Lawrenceburg main event and will provide live updates on its website.
