A new partnership agreement has been signed between Pragmatic Play and Interwetten. This is mainly concerning the broadcasting of live casino streams to Interwetten’s customers.
When you decide to run a live casino, it becomes imperative for you to get things right at the start. This is why the European operator decided to work with Pragmatic Play who has a great market reputation.
Pragmatic Play’s new live-casino studio is going to be what Interwetten customers will access once it is fully integrated into Interwetten operations.
This is actually the first for Pragmatic Play’s Live Casino portfolio since it only got its live studio license earlier this year.
Aimed at a high-level clientele who are more demanding about their live-casino play, Pragmatic Play’s product promises to deliver an experience that is very similar to playing at a land based casino combined with the advantages of playing online. This means that players can play anywhere and have a wealth of data on their fingertips while playing at the new live casino offering.

In a statement, Melissa Summerfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Pragmatic Play, said
We are thrilled to be taking our offering live with such a highly-regarded operator as Interwetten. This marks a great milestone for Pragmatic Play as we consolidate our position as leading multi-product supplier, and our brand new Live Casino studio will host high-quality content for Interwetten customers.
This latest partnership is just part of a series of agreements that Pragmatic Play has signed during the past 12 months in regulated markets. The company has expanded its dealings with a number of operators which include Kindred, Casumo and Pokerstars. This has caused Pragmatic Play to expand significantly in the last year and the company now has access to new clientele.
The deal with Interwetten is a great move because of where the company operates. Originally from Austria but now based out of Malta, the company primarily focuses on the German-speaking part of Europe. It has been in operation for more than 20 years and this level of market penetration is hard to match.
Currently, Interwetten boasts a presence in 200 countries, with 1.4 billion euros in revenue. As one of the pioneers of online gambling in the European market place, it has expanded to other countries like Italy, Spain, and Sweden. Overall, this Interwetten deal is a big boost for Pragmatic Play as it can potentially gain a bigger market share in Europe.
