Scientific Games Signs Online Games Agreement With PA Lottery

Scientific Games Corporation, one of America’s biggest games developers recently announced that it has signed a deal with the Pennsylvania Lottery. According to the partnership agreement, the developer will be providing a whole range of online lottery and mobile games for the state of Pennsylvania.

This means that Pennsylvania players will be able to enjoy a wide range of games from Scientific Games Corp. The timing is good since Scientific games recently bought the NYX Gaming Group Limited. This means that new games like Big Money Slingo, Super Cash Buster, Cash Buster Towers and Volcano Eruption will be available for play on both mobile and desktop platforms.

This deal was made possible by the October 2017 signing of expanded gaming legislation in the state of Pennsylvania by Governor Tom Wolf. This means that residents in the Keystone state will be the seventh jurisdiction in the US to have the ability to directly bank their cash prizes from online lottery games. This new partnership should boost interest in the state lottery and attract a sizable amount of the state’s 13 million citizens to play online.

In a statement, Pat McHugh, Global Lottery Systems Senior Vice-President for Scientific Games, said

Now we are thrilled to combine Scientific Games Corporation and NYX [Gaming Group Limited’s] market-leading capabilities to offer entertaining digital games to Pennsylvania Lottery players and to continue our support of Pennsylvania Lottery retailers with the iLottery affiliate program

McHugh also emphasized his company’s long history of innovation and hopes this will help maximize Pennsylvania Lottery’s revenues. McHugh said that Pennsylvania Lottery and Scientific Games are working to create one of the best performing lotteries in the world.

iLottery Affiliate Program

The new “iLottery affiliate program” is a massive program and Scientific Games will look to leverage its reach. There are over 9,400 Pennsylvania Lottery retailers in play and they will take on the responsibility of bringing in new players to enjoy the wide range of online titles that will soon be available. However, the in-store offering will not be ignored and Scientific Games expects it to continue to remain as Pennsylvania Lottery’s foundation.

Drew Svitko, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Lottery is very happy with these recent developments. He believes that the “new iLottery games” will offer players not only the chance to win cash prizes but also give them a fun gaming experience which they can enjoy from the comfort of their homes or play while on the move.
